Notice…A pool monitor will be on duty at the Westchester Hills Condominium pool to help us manage the front door.  Please read and understand the pool rules posted below.

Pool Application Process

  • You can use your existing passes to enter the pool.  The application process is only for existing residents who need a new pass.
  • The preferred method of applying for a Pool Pass is to to apply online by clicking on the “Resident Pool Pass Application” button below.
  • Once the Pass is ready we’ll contact you at the phone number or email listed in the application, and you can pick it up at the office or the pool personnel may have it at the front desk.

The Westchester Hills Condominium Pool is open to Condominium owners and residents.  In order to use the pool everyone 5 years old or older must have a valid Pool Pass.  The pool swim time ends at 6:45 pm so the lifeguards have sufficient time to close the entire pool.  If you would like to apply for a pass please follow the “Pool Application Process” above.  After you receive your pass present it to the front desk for admission, and sign in for the day.  Please help keep our pool environment as clean and as safe as possible.

SWIMMING POOL:

MAY 2024

The pool will open for the season on Saturday, May 25th, if possible, and will close Labor Day, September 2nd, unless the Board of Managers determines that it shall remain open thereafter, but not later the third Sunday in September.

Weather permitting pool hours are as follows:

Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Holidays starting May 25th thru June 22nd: 1 pm to 7 pm

 Starting June 24th thru September 2nd pool hours every day: 12 pm to 7 pm

 GENERAL POOL RULES:

*Unit owners in arrears are not allowed use of the WHC pool until their account is current. *

  1. Required permanent photo ID passes for all residents-available online only at:https://westchesterhillscondo.com

Until you receive your pool pass, approval will be sent via email.  Once you receive the approval email bring the printout with you to the pool until your pool pass is available.  Once the photo ID pass is issued, it can be picked up at the pool gate.

Your pool pass should be placed on the table where the gate attendant sits so that your information can be recorded by the gate attendant.  Take your pool pass with you once your information has been recorded.

  1. GUESTS: 5 guests per unit are allowed with required guest passes.
  • Payment for 10 guest passes is $15.00 by check only payable to Westchester Hills Condos.
  • Guests must be always accompanied by a WHC resident while at the pool. Said resident will be held responsible for their guest(s).
  • Resident guests (summer session only) must fill out a pool ID application stating they are applying for a resident guest pool pass.
  • Guest children under 5 years of age do not need guest passes.
  • Adult children of residents, 18 years of age or older, are allowed to be responsible for no more than five (5) guests at the pool.
  1. No private instruction by a lifeguard allowed at any time.
  1. Food is allowed on upper deck only. No glass containers at the pool. No containers of intoxicants may be brought into or consumed in the pool or on ANY OF the pool decks.
  1. No pets allowed in the building except for service animals.
  1. Only persons in bathing attire will be permitted in the pool.
  1. No running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing or causing undue disturbance in or about the pool.
  1. Inflatables, toys, flippers, or other such paraphernalia are not allowed in the pools.
  1. Children entering the pool with swimming vests, or any flotation device must have a parent or guardian with them in the pool at all times.
  1. *****Children under fourteen (14) years of age will not be permitted in the pool at any time without the active supervision of a parent or responsible adult. Do not stand/sit on the upper deck while your child is unattended in the pool.
  1. Parents-it is important that all parents impress upon their children the necessity for proper conduct at the pool.
  1. No diving from the pool deck.
  1. Deep water tests are required to be given by a lifeguard regardless of any other deep water tests administered by others outside of Westchester Hills Condominiums.
  1. Personal property-The Condominium is not responsible for personal property left at the pool or in the pool area.
  1. Smoking/vaping-is not allowed in the pool area, also, not in or around the rec hall building.
  1. Defecating and urinating-are not allowed in the pools.
  1. Lifeguard-The Lifeguard has the authority to enforce all rules and regulations and is authorized to remove any person from the pool at his/her discretion.
