To help us maintain correct information pertaining to residents’ cars, and help to further protect our community, WHC will be distributing parking stickers to be placed on the outside of your rearview mirror, which are not large in size (approximately 1/2 by 1 inch). Each unit/resident may receive up to two white numbered parking stickers (per our Bylaws each unit owner/resident is entitled to two parking spaces).   Any change in vehicle including new or gotten rid of vehicles,  and/or: type, color, year etc., please provide that information via email to the board at: whcboard@westchesterhillscondo.com  This information is very important, and we would truly appreciate your cooperation.

For residents who own more than two cars, yellow numbered parking stickers will be given out, one for each additional vehicle. For residents of buildings 2, 3, 4 and 14: cars with the yellow stickers should park elsewhere in the complex and NOT in the parking lots designated for buildings 2, 3, 4 and 14. This is due to the congestion in those two parking lots. Cars with yellow stickers parked in either of these two parking lots will be subject to fines. Please cooperate.

You can click on the “Apply for a Parking Sticker(s) online” icon just below this article to fill out an online application.  After the application is processed the parking sticker(s) will be placed in your mailbox by one of the workers.

For residents who will have guests with vehicles staying on WHC’S premises for more than two (2) nights, you will need to call the office at 914.592.9229 and provide the vehicle’s information.

If you are going to be away for a long period of time: please let the resident manager know, and park your car by Buildings 1, 15 or 16.
