The Pool and Sauna are closed until further notice.
Notice…A pool monitor will be on duty at the Westchester Hills Condominium pool to help us manage the front door. At all other times please continue the community honor system when entering the pool.
Enjoy Time at the Pool
The Westchester Hills Condominium Pool is open to Condominium owners and residents. In order to use the pool everyone 5 years old or older must have a valid Pool Pass. The pool swim time ends at 7:45 pm so the lifeguards have sufficient time to close the entire pool. If you would like to apply for a pass please follow the Pool Application Process below. After you receive your pass present it to the front desk for admission, and sign in for the day. Have guests you want to invite for a day at the pool? You can bring up to 6 guests to the pool each day. We offer guest passes for sale, but the pool personnel can only except checks. You can purchase a 10 pack for $15.00 and your guests will be given a wrist band that is good for a day at the pool.

The Westchester Hills Condominium Sauna is open to Condominium owners and residents. For your safety please follow the process and rules outlined below.
Pool Application Process
- Download a copy of the pool application by clicking on the “Resident Pool Pass Application” button below, and print it out. You can also call the office at 914.592.9229 or Contact Us to make an appointment to pick one up. If you’re picking up the application let the office know that you will need your picture taken while you’re there.
- Complete the application with all of the required information.
- You will also need to have a picture taken for each person listed in the form. Call the office at 914.592.9229 or Contact Us for an appointment to drop off your application and have your picture taken.
- You can also scan a completed application and email it to WHCboard@westchesterhillscondo.com then Contact Us or call the office to schedule a time to have a picture taken.
- Once the Pass is ready we’ll contact you at the phone number listed in the application, and you can pick it up at the office or the pool personnel may have it at the front desk. You can also Contact Us as this will allow you to leave us an email address we can reply to if and when it’s ready.
